I had a client is looking for a corner shop or a bungalow to operate a cafe business that is similar to InHouse, StationOne types of cafe.
If you had any listing that is around Klang Valley area please propose. Budget its not too much a problem, he is expecting to pay if its a good location.
He already had one operating cafe operating in Cheras and looking to expand his business.
