RBI Land Sdn Bhd plans to build 150,000 affordable condominium units simultaneously in 84 locations, nationwide, including Sabah and Sarawak, especially for civil servants.

According to Chief Executive Officer Roslan Ibrahim, the project would be developed on Malay reserve land and other land reserved for development within one year.

“This project will provide an opportunity for civil servants aged between 21 and 35 years to own houses,” he told reporters after the launch of a housing project for civil servants today.

Roslan said the condominium units retailed between RM188,888 and RM368,888 for a built up area ranging between 950 sq. ft and 1,150 sq ft.

He added that the owners of the Malay reserve land would also benefit from the development of these projects as they would receive handsome returns.

“This will also pave the way for the birth of many Bumiputera millionaires.

In Pahang, Roslan said, five suitable locations have been identified for development, which is Kota Sas and Permatang Badak in Kuantan, Ubai, Pekan, Temerloh and Mentakab.
